Getting Setup

Already a FuseWorks Client?

Use your existing login for app.fuse.work to access the FuseSign platform. Before you get started, you’ll be prompted to read and agree to the FuseSign Subscribers User License Agreement.

Not a FuseWorks Client?

You should have received an email inviting you to setup an account on app.fuse.work and from there you will be able to access the FuseSign platform. Before you get started, you’ll be prompted to read and agree to the FuseSign Subscribers User License Agreement.

If you have any issues with logging into or creating your account, please get in contact with us at support@fuse.work.

What’s Included In Your Free Trial?

For the next 14 days you’ll have full access to the FuseSign platform including all of its features across all of our subscription plans. You’ll be able to have up to 30 signatures collected until you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan (which you can do via the billing area of your FuseSign app.)

You’ll receive some helpful content via email as you go through your 14 days, and someone will also reach out to you to see if you have any questions while you are trialing the tool. Of course you can always reach out to us via email at hello@fuse.work, start a chat on the website, or give us a call on +61 7 3233 6440.

  1. FuseSign offers unlimited users, so make the most of your trial by having your team using it! Learn how to add users to your account

What is a digital signature?

A digital signature is a type of electronic signature which uses computer technology to create a unique ‘virtual’ fingerprint to identify users and protect information.  (An electronic signature is a more generic term to represent a digitised signature to verify a document.)

What documents does FuseSign Support?

FuseSign supports PDF files.

How do you verify identity if there's no username and passwords?

FuseSign uses two factor verification, using email and SMS to verify recipients and signers. They receive a unique link via email, and then are required to enter a code sent via SMS before they are able to complete the signing process. 

Where is the data stored?

FuseSign uses servers with data centres and all data stored in Australia.

Does FuseSign integrate with other systems?

FuseSign currently integrates with other FuseWorks product, FuseDocs and Document Management System, FYI.

How do recipients sign documents with FuseSign?

With FuseSign, you don't have to spend the time setting up individual signing placements as the user signs the entire document at once. Each document signed with FuseSign is securely monitored and tracked with audit tracking and the digital signature log is appended to the final signed document.
